Shipping policy

All items are ready to ship ad the turn around time for shipping is 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated. Please note that this does not include weekends, holidays or planned vacation days. 

​We are not responsible for packages once they have been shipped. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by the shipping company.

​Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate. Rusted Roots Apparel & Gifts is not responsible for packages that are non delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses. If returned the buyer must repay shipping to have it reshipped.
